Rabbit Pay merchant onboarding terms.
These terms govern creation of a Rabbit Pay merchant workspace, onboarding review and TEST-mode tooling. They do not by themselves create a right to accept or settle live customer payments.
Account and authority
You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for the organisation you register. You are responsible for account credentials and activity performed through your workspace.
Merchant review
Rabbit Pay may request business, identity, bank, website, policy and other verification information. Submission does not guarantee approval. Applications may be approved for TEST access, returned for changes or rejected based on operational, risk, compliance or partner requirements.
TEST mode
TEST-mode payments, payment links and dashboard activity are simulated records only. They do not represent customer funds, bank settlement or a live payment transaction.
Live activation
Live payment processing requires a separate activation decision and appropriate regulated/acquiring infrastructure, verification, risk review, technical checks and any additional agreements. Rabbit Pay will not represent a merchant as LIVE before these gates are satisfied.
Prohibited use
You must not use Rabbit Pay for unlawful, fraudulent, prohibited, counterfeit or unauthorised activity, or to collect and pool payments for unrelated third parties unless the applicable payment arrangement is expressly approved.
Security and evidence
You must keep submitted information current and cooperate with security, fraud, dispute and verification requests. Rabbit Pay may suspend access where necessary to protect users, the platform or payment partners.
Production agreement
These onboarding terms are an interim operating document for Rabbit Pay V1. Final commercial pricing, settlement, payment-method, dispute, refund, liability and regulated-partner provisions must be incorporated into the production merchant agreement before live financial processing is activated.
